Phone Banking

New! All customers will now be required to establish a Login ID number and PIN number to access the new system.

Once you have a Login ID number and PIN number , you will automatically have access to all accounts you are Primary, Secondary, Power of Attorney or Custodian on when using Phone Banking, eliminating the need to have a Login ID number for each account.

Please note: Existing Phone Banking customers will be required to do a one-time re-enrollment.

Following are the steps a Personal Banking customer must do to establish their Login ID number and PIN number:

  • Customers, new and existing Phone Banking users, must choose one account to enroll.
  • During the enrollment process, you will be prompted to enter your Account Number, Social Security Number, Zip Code and Date of Birth to verify your identity.

Please note: The Login ID number will automatically default to the account number you enroll. (There is a menu option you may select, at any time, to change your Login ID number).

Following are the steps a Business Banking customer must do to establish a Login ID number and PIN number.

  • For existing Phone Banking business customers - you will be prompted to press 0 for an operator. You will then be assisted, by a customer service representative, with the re-enrollment process.
  • Business customers not previously enrolled in Phone Banking must visit a branch to enroll.
